Does Cowboys Casino have a dress code? While we understand this is an adult establishment, we aim to keep the establishment enjoyable for all guests. We ask that all patrons refrain from wearing clothing that depicts any profanity, crude suggestions, or reveals any private areas.
What do I need to enter Cowboys Casino? To be permitted entry to Cowboys Casino you must have government-issued photo identification that includes the following: Photo Full Legal Name Unique Identifier Number Has a Date of Birth Is Valid (Not Expired) Is The Original Document (Photocopies/Pictures are Not Accepted)
Can I bring my bag or backpack into Cowboys Casino? Backpacks are not permitted on the Casino floor, and patrons are required to check mid to large-sized bags with our coat & bag check service located at Guest Services. Security may ask to inspect any bag type including purses for prohibited items, such as weapons, illegal substances and alcohol. Please note, that any refusal of a bag check may lead to denied entry into premises.
How much is the Coat & Bag Check Service? This service is complimentary outside of peak hours. During peak hours coat check is $4, located at Guest Services.
Does Cowboys Casino have a seniors club or loyalty program?

Parking & Transportation
Cowboys Casino has free heated and underground parking for patrons of the Casino and venues. The underground parking can accommodate vehicles with a clearance of 6'1 feet in height or under.
Can vehicles be left in the parkade overnight? Yes, if you utilize the parkade and are unsafe to drive we insist that you leave your vehicle on-site. We do ask that patrons arrange for their vehicle to be picked up within a 24-hour period from when they leave the Casino. Please Note: If you are unable to arrange for a vehicle to be picked up within 24 hours, please reach out to us by phone at 403 514 0900 and ask to notify security about a timeline of when you can arrange a vehicle pick up.
