Cowboys Casino is open daily from 9:30 AM - 5 AM.

Our slots are available daily from 10 AM - 5 AM, while table games are open daily from 12 PM - 3 AM. The craps table operates Wednesday - Saturday from 7 PM - 3 AM.

The Poker Room is open 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy continuous play anytime.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter Cowboys Casino.

All patrons are required to present valid government-issued photo identification upon entry. Identification must include your photo, full legal name, date of birth, and must not be expired.

To enter Cowboys Casino, all guests must present valid government-issued photo identification that includes:

• A photo
• Full legal name
• Unique identification number
• Date of birth
• Valid expiration date (must not be expired)
• Original document (photocopies or photos are not accepted)
• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter the casino.

Cowboys Casino aims to provide an enjoyable environment for all guests. While we are an adult establishment, we ask that patrons avoid clothing that displays profanity, offensive imagery, or reveals private areas.

Security reserves the right to refuse entry based on attire.

Cowboys Casino upholds a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory language or behaviour directed toward staff or guests. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and violations of this policy may result in denied service or removal from the property.

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response, as inquiries received over weekends or during busy periods may be reviewed on the next business day.

While our teams will do their best to help locate and return lost items, Cowboys Casino and its Partner Venues are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings.

Backpacks are not permitted on the casino floor. Guests with mid-to-large sized bags will be asked to check them at our Coat Check located at Guest Services.

Security may also request to inspect any bag, including purses, for prohibited items such as weapons, illegal substances, or outside alcohol. Refusal to comply with a bag check may result in denied entry.

Coat & Bag Check is complimentary during non-peak hours.

During peak hours, coat check is $4 per item and is available at Guest Services.

Yes, Cowboys Casino offers free heated underground parking for casino and venue guests.

The parkade accommodates vehicles with a maximum clearance of 6'1".

Yes, if you feel unsafe to drive, we encourage you to leave your vehicle in the parkade and arrange for alternate transportation.

We ask that vehicles be picked up within 24 hours. If you are unable to retrieve your vehicle within that timeframe, please call 403-514-0900 and ask to notify security with your expected pickup time.
